Annual General Meeting 2026

Our Annual General Meeting will again be held online. The meeting will be on Zoom, on Tuesday 24th March 2026, starting at 7.30pm.

If you are a member and would like to take part in the meeting (even if you aren't quite sure, or even if you have never used Zoom before) please tell us by contacting the office as soon as possible.

We will then send you full details of how to connect, whether by computer, mobile phone, or even landline. We will also send you the details of some Zoom test sessions that you can try out before the meeting, so any problems can be solved in good time.

There will be audited annual accounts to be considered and Board/Committee elections, in addition to reports from members of the Board of Directors and a vote on the proposed dividend.
